Invite guests
When officials or staff need to invite guests to the agency's headquarters, they simply access the management system and enter required information such as full name, National ID number, meeting category, and details of the working session.
Scan Citizen Identity Card
Upon arrival at the agency's headquarters, guests simply scan their Citizen ID card (CCCD) or VNeID on the RAR-HANET device located at the entrance. During the scan, the device automatically captures a portrait image of the guest for identity verification.
Control
After the guest scans their Citizen ID (CCCD), the security staff will verify the scanned information against the pre-registered guest list. If the details match, the barrier will be opened to allow the guest to enter the premises.
Guest leave
When leaving the premises, guests will scan their Citizen ID (CCCD) or VNeID at the exit gate to confirm their departure. This process allows the organization to accurately monitor guest movement and log the exact time of exit.

After scanning their ID card, visitors are required to declare their contact details and purpose of visit to the security staff for appropriate assistance.
Control
The security staff reviews and verifies the visitor’s submitted information, updates the data into the system, and contacts the relevant staff member to confirm the appointment. Upon successful verification, access is granted by activating the barrier gate.
Guest leave
Upon leaving the premises, visitors are required to scan their ID card at the exit gate to confirm their departure. This process allows the system to accurately log exit times and ensures effective monitoring of visitor movements.

Registration
Government officials and staff can register their information using National ID (CCCD), facial data, and vehicle license plate numbers.
Through HANET AI CAM and RAR-HANET, the system automatically recognizes the staff’s face and vehicle license plate for:
- Automatic attendance logging.
- Entry and exit tracking at the headquarters.
- Automatic gate/barrier opening.
- Seamless entry–exit authentication without contact.
The system also:
- Controls the number of employees present within the headquarters 24/7.
- Detects and prevents unauthorized impersonation of staff.
- Generates reports on early departures, late arrivals, and leave records.
Vehicle Access Control via License Plate Recognition
- Records and manages vehicles entering and exiting using license plate recognition.

Elevator Access & Floor Control
Facial recognition devices connected to elevator floor controllers allow:
- Only registered users to operate the elevator and access pre-approved floors.
- Automatic elevator calls to the assigned floor for registered employees (one-time registration required).
- Visitors can use the elevator via facial recognition only to designated floors and within their scheduled access window.
Perimeter Security
AI Cameras installed around the perimeter—entry/exit gates, fences, and surrounding roads—can detect approaching people or vehicles and:
- Trigger immediate alerts via on-camera speakers and strobe lights.
- Send real-time alerts to the Security Control Center.
