Software Functionality Overview
DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT FUNCTION
This feature allows users to manage, add, delete, and edit department directory information. The Department Directory is used to organize delegates by department.
When creating a department, users can also assign Face ID to that department immediately.
From the department list screen, users can: search for departments by name, edit department details, view the list of delegates belonging to a department, add new departments.
FACE ID MANAGEMENT FUNCTION
This feature allows users to manage, add, delete, and edit delegate Face ID information.
From the Face ID list screen, users can:
- Search for a Face ID.
- Edit Face ID details.
- View the check-in history of a delegate.
MEETING MANAGEMENT FUNCTION
This feature allows users to create and manage meetings.
Functions include:
- Display the list of meetings.
- Search for meetings.
- Create new meetings.
- View detailed check-in information for a specific meeting.
- Invite delegates to participate in a meeting.
- Configure devices used for meeting check-in.
ATTENDANCE CHECK-IN FUNCTION
Digital-style check-in and welcome screen.
Immediately after a delegate checks in via the facial recognition device, a welcome message is displayed.
This can be shown on a large display screen or tablet, with integrated options for:
- Confirming banquet attendance.
- Requesting a meal portion.
REPORTING
- View the number of delegates checked in, the list of checked-in delegates, and export the check-in list to Excel.
- View the list of delegates who have not checked in.
- View the number of departments with participating delegates, the list of checked-in delegates by department, and export the departmental check-in list to Excel.
- View the number of delegates who have ordered meals, the list of delegates with meal orders, and export the meal order list to Excel.
- This feature also allows the user to place or cancel meal orders on behalf of delegates who forgot to order during check-in or wish to cancel their order.
