THE 1ST PARTY CONGRESS OF CENTRAL AGENCIES (2025–2030 TERM) INTRODUCES FACE ID FACIAL RECOGNITION TECHNOLOGY FOR DELEGATE VERIFICATION AND ACCESS CONTROL.

Mr. Nguyễn Đăng Tiến, Deputy Chief of the Standing Office of the Party Committee of Central Party Agencies, stated that the application of digital technology has been implemented throughout all stages — from drafting documents to ensuring the security of the Congress. Each delegate and guest will be provided with a tablet that contains the draft documents and research materials, replacing traditional paper files.
The Congress takes place on September 23–24 in Hanoi, with 299 delegates and 100 guests in attendance. The agenda includes reviewing the 2020–2025 term, setting out orientations, goals, and tasks for the 2025–2030 term, as well as discussing and contributing to the draft documents for the 14th National Party Congress.
The theme of the Congress is:
“Continuing to strongly innovate thinking and action, elevating the quality of strategic advisory work; building a clean, strong, exemplary Party Committee; and excellently fulfilling the proposed objectives and tasks.”
